From Manual Ops to Self-Serve B2B Travel Bookings

From Manual Ops to Self-Serve B2B Travel Bookings

Agents search, compare multi-rate offers, and book—without back-and-forth.

Project Overview

A mid-market B2B travel company ran bookings through calls, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets. Quotes were slow, visibility was low, and ops cost was rising. We built a modular B2B portal that centralizes hotel/rate/offer management and gives agents a self-serve desk to compare options and complete bookings end-to-end. The rollout focused on value first increments—ship one module, drive adoption, then expand—so the business saw immediate wins while keeping risk low. Result: an adoption friendly system that cuts manual work, speeds up quotes, and provides leadership with clean, actionable booking data.
