Apart from meetings, you schedule your time according to your preferences. We prefer not to stay up late because it is not a healthy option, but the final decision is yours.
Being in a situation we are in, we all are doing WFH right now. We believe its best to be amongst your people so you can enjoy your personal time as well. Don’t worry, we don’t bother you at 10pm at night 😉
